In the past when adding recipes I always gave the count for all (cal, carbs, protein, fat, etc.), this is what took so long to get recipes posted. From now on in order to get them posted, and if you trust me to only post healthy, I will be skipping the breakdown. Rest assured, I always look for high fiber recipes, that are low sugar or no sugar. I seldom watch the calories or carbs. I do watch the fat content and protein. We all should know what foods we are to be eating by now, right? We just need some healthy suggestions/preparations!!!
